2. Age & Location Verification

  • Strict Age Limit: You must be 18 years or older to use this Site. We perform automated identity and age checks upon registration.
  • Verification Documents: If automated checks fail, you must upload a copy of your Passport, Driving License, or National ID, plus a recent Utility Bill via the Upload Docs page in your personal area. Documents sent via email or other channels will not be accepted.
  • Underage Penalties: If a minor (<18) accesses the site, their account is terminated instantly, all accumulated winnings are forfeited, and original deposit funds will be returned only to the minor’s verified legal guardian.
  • Geographical Restriction: Only players physically located in Great Britain are permitted to play for real money on this casino site.

3. Account Management & Security

  • One Account Rule: Players are permitted only one registered account. Duplicate or linked accounts (sharing IP addresses, device IDs, bank details, or patterns of use) will be suspended immediately, and all related transactions, bonuses, and winnings will be voided.

8. Malfunctions, System Failures & Incomplete Games

10. Bingo Specific Terms

Tickets & Purchases

  • Ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless a game is formally cancelled by the house.
  • Pre-bought tickets automatically deduct funds at the time of purchase. If a linked Progressive Jackpot is won before your pre-bought session plays out, your tickets remain valid for the game session but will apply to the newly re-seeded jackpot value.
  • If an interrupted bingo game is not resolved within 90 days, it will be terminated and your stake refunded.

Jackpots & Prizes

  • Community Pools: In CPJ and CFJ formats, the community share is divided either equally or proportionally among all players who purchased at least one qualifying ticket for that specific round.
